Clearview Alpacas has this beautiful SLF (very nearly white) young male who has been awarded many prestigious supreme championships. He has an even, lustrous fleece and lots of bundling, crimp and character all over his body, as well as a quiet, pleasant nature. We are pleased to say that he has passed this wonderful trait (very good temperament, friendly nature with never a kick or spit on to his offspring. Every one of his cria to date is an improvement on their mother, even our top quality females. Clancy’s grandfather is El Dorado and he also has Highlander and True Perfection in his Pedigree. Clancy’s Dam World Class Cafe Girl held her fleece micron extraordinarily well, measuring 24µ in 2002 at over 16 years old. Clancy’s first fleece was awarded Supreme Champion Huacaya Fleece at the Sydney Royal Show 2003. His tested statistics on that fleece (as shown) were MFD 16.4µ, SD 3.0 CV 19.3% Spinning Fineness 15.7µ and Comfort Factor 99.8%. His second fleece test showed: MFD 19.2µ, SD 3.8 CV 19.7%, Spinning Fineness 18.5µ and Comfort Factor 99.2%. This fleece was awarded Supreme Champion Huacaya fleece at the 2004 NSW South Coast Show. 2005 4th fleece: 20.2MFD 3.5SD 17.1CV 19.1SF 2006 5th fleece: 20.4MFD 3.1SD 15.4CV 19SF 2007 6th fleece: 22.2m 3.7sd 16.7cv 97%cf These statistics speak for themselves. Clancy has numerous excellent quality cria on the ground, the only one shown at the 2005 National gaining a blue ribbon in his class. His Clearview owned daughter, Khandi Alex was shown at the 2006 NSW Southern Region Show and gained a blue ribbon, and also at the 2006 National Show and was again awarded a Blue ribbon in the brown Intermediate class. He has had an impressive influence over our excellent, good and medium quality females. Clancy continues to impress with his 2006 offspring, consistently producing fine, crimpy, lustrous cria.
